The 55k service was explained to me before the work was started. During the service a few issues were spotted and I was advised and decided to go ahead to get the recommended work completed. I did not have to leave the car for an extended period and was able to drive the car back the same day. Very pleased with the whole experience. Will most definitely be back for the 65k service. Ryan Boatwright greeted me,looked at the light,and said it would take a little while to "hook it up" for a diagnosis of the problem. Sure enough,it only took a few minutes for the mechanic to figure out the problem. It was repaired in less time that than projected,and Ryan was very professional,courteous, and friendly , making us ( wife and I ),feel comfortable while we waited. Altogether,a pleasant experience! The only reason I didn't rank the Overall Experience with 5 stars was due to the issues involving the driver picking up the wrong vehicle and the misunderstanding with the other dealership - which shouldn't be a reflection on Michael, but on the delivery person who didn't verify he was picking up the correct vehicle and the other dealership for not properly communicating that they were trading a loaner vehicle instead of a new vehicle as expected. More

He is always honest about what needs to be done and never makes me think that he is just telling me stuff that needs to be done because I am a woman that goes in there on my own! The scheduling was great, he arranged for a rental car, and notified me promptly the next day when it was finished. (As usual, Austin did good work on the car, and gave good advice, too!) I really need to think about a new car. The only reason I haven't gotten a new Volvo is because they don't make a manual transmission. I hate to think about getting another kind of car because I would have to go to another dealer and Cameron is so good to work with and trust worthy in this service department! More

Cameron Clifton was my service representative, and he was excellent. I live out of town, and he bent over backwards to schedule me for a convenient appointment time. He met me at the door, handled everything smoothly, and called me shortly after to tell me my car was ready for pick up. Amazing service! More
