I was greeted with a cheerful good morning, followed On Friday Oct 5th I walked into the Service Department at Capital Volkswagen here in Tallahassee. I was greeted with a cheerful good morning, followed by how can I help you from my Service Advisor Brooke Mcglaughlin. Brooke then proceeded to review my appointment details, followed by gathering check-in information from my car. Within the next few minutes my car was checked-in and I was on my way to the customer service lounge to have coffee and treats. The service visit was easy in and easy out.
