This is an edited review 1 year later, changing from a 5 star rating to a 1 star rating. The attached pictures are from my original review, so I will start with that vehicle. It was a 2023 GMC Terrain that star rating to a 1 star rating. The attached pictures are from my original review, so I will start with that vehicle. It was a 2023 GMC Terrain that we had purchased, I believe in July or so of 2025. Certified Pre-Owned, 48k miles, no recalls, nothing. When we got home from purchasing it, I smelled burning oil. Opened the hood, what do you know...an oily rag sitting right on the exhuast manifold. I just brushed it off. It was a great vehicle.....for TWO months. Check engine light came own twice, two weeks apart. First time was an issue with the catalytic converter. Took it in since it was under warranty and they fixed it pronto. Got it home and I noticed and oil hand print on the hood. Opened the hood... ANOTHER oily rag on the exhaust manifold! The second time the CEL came on I was done. Took it back and bought the Ford Escape we have now. So far so good. Fast forward to May of this year. We wanted a cheap truck, something to do some light towing, throw something in a truck bed to haul, etc. A truck I didn't want to worry if it got scratched. Saw an 08 Tundra in the lot. Test drove it, rides smooth, starts up great. Still felt like a new truck, but thats Toyota for you. It's the "Million Mile Generation" of Tundras. They are phenomenal trucks, I know that they are one of the most reliable vehicles on the planet regardless of mileage, and you can see 2 dozen of them out on the road every single day. Brought the wife out to test drive it and she loves it. I noticed it had a check engine light and they notified me that there is an issue with the air injection valves, an emmissions thing. Not a big deal. We think on it a couple days and come back and purchase it. Starting it up, white smoke comes out of the exhaust. I'm no mechanic, but just thought it was something to do with the valves. To date, 8/17/2026, since May, we have only put 476 miles on it. It is not our daily driver. We would only drive it a couple times a week around town. BLOWN HEAD GASKET. After having people look at it and diagnose it and doing my own diagnosis, that is the conclusion we have come to. Exhaust smells like coolant, and coolant smells like exhaust. Two weeks ago the Sales manager John said he would get with the service manager to see what kind of discounts they can offer on getting it fixed. He said to give him until thursday of that week. Here we are almost 3 weeks later and haven't heard a peep. Sent him a text earlier today and didn't get a response. Based on the white smoke that the exhaust spewed on the day of purchase, that means that the head gasket was blown while the truck was sitting on their lot. They either didn't see it, or ignored it and threw the As-Is sticker on it. Two vehicles in a years time with problems. I was hoping that since they handled the GMC Terrain situation really well, that they would do the same here... unfortunately not... I will not be buying from this dealership again. More

I came in with a vibration and a humming noise in my front tires and after rotating and balancing the tires I left with a vibration and humming noise and a list of other services I needed... I'm not sur front tires and after rotating and balancing the tires I left with a vibration and humming noise and a list of other services I needed... I'm not sure how the mechanic missed this noise and vibration, but I will seek further help elsewhere. The service writers were very nice. More
