Horrible Experience...will not be going back! Today I took my car in for an oil change as I received notice that it was time to be serviced. I purchased my car new from Capitol Chevrolet in 2014 a Today I took my car in for an oil change as I received notice that it was time to be serviced. I purchased my car new from Capitol Chevrolet in 2014 and I was under the impression that my oil changes were covered under the 2 year maintenance agreement as per usual. I was not told anything different UNTIL the services were done and I went to check my car out. At that point I was told that I needed to pay $44.09. I was then told that my maintenance agreement no longer covered the oil changes due to the mileage. However, I did not have the money being that I was not informed of the charge beforehand. I asked if I could be billed. I was told in a no nonsense way either I pay the entire amount or they would keep my car. I was floored to say the least. There was no remorse or courtesy given to me in me not knowing about the charges upfront! The service advisor in charge was Christopher Kynard. Because of this level of unprofessionalism, he nor Capitol Chevrolet will have my business nor recommendation to others! More

Awesome This was probably the MOST friendliest dealership I've entered. All the associates there greeted us even while we were seated with our salesperson.
