We’ve now had two bad experiences at Capitol Chevrolet. During our first visit, the salesperson insisted we fill out lots of paperwork before we even discussed purchasing a car. We decided to give the dealership another chance about a year later, but things were even worse. As soon as we pulled into the lot, multiple salespeople surrounded us before we could even get out of our car. Inside, the dealership had an unpleasant smell and loud music playing, which made it uncomfortable to stay. The sales staff were very pushy, repeatedly asked the same questions, and couldn’t clearly answer ours—often responding with “I don’t know.” The new cars we looked at were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been washed in quite some time. At that point, we decided to leave and will not be returning. We went next door to another dealership, where the staff were polite, professional, and helpful—and we ended up buying a new car there.
