Deceptive practices with Finance manager. I did not receive full itemized charges when purchased (missing page 2) and was stapled together on original paperwork. Then found out was charged almost $6K for extended warranties (which I explicitly stated to finance manager I did not want any additional warranties at time of finance). But was added on as a service contract anyway. Now I’m in the process of canceling warranties and expect full refund to GM Financial. More

The Experience: If you value your time, your money, or being treated with basic human decency, do not buy a car here. My experience was a revolving door of "mansplaining," lack of transparency, and a shoc being treated with basic human decency, do not buy a car here. My experience was a revolving door of "mansplaining," lack of transparency, and a shocking level of unprofessionalism that culminated in a salesperson asking me to buy him lunch. 1. The "Negotiation" (Hostility & Mansplaining) I worked with a salesperson named Dami. I came in with clear terms: I wanted the car at the advertised price without the predatory "dealer-added accessories." Instead of a professional dialogue, Dami attempted to "mansplain" basic car buying concepts to me as if I were an amateur. When I held my ground, he became visibly agitated, raised his voice, and lectured me on how "profit isn't a scary word." It is not my job as a customer to ensure your margins are high—it is your job to sell a car at the price you advertised. 2. The Finance Trap & Missing Paperwork They cycled through multiple employees, eventually landing me with someone who seemed entirely new and uninformed. I was pushed into finance without any confirmation that the dealer add-ons had been removed. The most egregious part: I left the dealership without my loan documents, Truth in Lending disclosures, or a signed contract. I was handed two pamphlets for a protection package and a buyer’s receipt. When I followed up later, I was met with consistent gaslighting, with staff claiming they "gave me an envelope" that never existed. 3. Absolute Lack of Professionalism The communication after the sale was a joke. * The Solicitation: While I was trying to coordinate the pickup of my car (which was delayed), the salesperson actually texted me: “Can you bring me food?” followed by complaining that he wasn't making a commission off me because I stripped the "fluff" from the deal. The "Dougie" License Plate: They didn't even have the correct screws to put the plates on a Tesla. They admitted to using "random ones," leaving my plate vibrating and loose on the back of the car. Privacy Breach: I found the previous owner’s Social Security Number, home address, and personal info left in the glove box. They didn't even bother to clean or prep the car before delivery. 4. Technical Incompetence This dealership is selling high-end Electric Vehicles (Teslas) but the staff has zero knowledge of how they work. I had to manage the entire process myself while being treated like a nuisance for asking for basic updates. The Verdict: This place is the embodiment of every negative stereotype of a used car dealership. They are disorganized, disrespectful, and potentially legally non-compliant regarding their paperwork and privacy standards. Go elsewhere. More
