We bought our previous Traverse from Mario at capitol 5 years ago and where happy with him as salesman and the car. So after the crash we went back to capitol to see what they could do. We were happy to find Mario was still there and helped us get a very fair price on the Traverse my wife wanted with a couple extras thrown in. Everybody we deal with throughout the process was very professional and friendly. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase and both appreciate Mario and the rest of the staff that helped make it happen. We will definitely be heading back to Capitol Chevy for our next car. More

Never been to a better service department. Fast & curtious service. When your vehicle is given back to you it looks new again. Good recovery from a couple of unforced errors Took my 2010 Outback in for airbag replacement due to the Takata airbag recall. I received the notice in early January, contacted Capitol Subaru, and Took my 2010 Outback in for airbag replacement due to the Takata airbag recall. I received the notice in early January, contacted Capitol Subaru, and was informed that the parts were backordered; I would be contacted when the parts were in. Some weeks later, in mid February, I contacted Capitol Subaru again, and was offered the earliest available appointment on April 1, 2019. Because the service would take a few hours, I requested a loaner vehicle for the day. On April 1, I showed up at the appointed time, and discovered that my appointment was not in the system, nor was my request for a loaner vehicle. Fortunately, Ayla was able to save the day. We were able to use a nice Impreza loaner for the day, retrieve my repaired Outback at the end of the day. I wasn't particularly happy that the appointment had been lost, but the service department's ability to do the job anyway was very much appreciated. It saved me a 60+ mile round-trip to do it on a later date. The only reason I downrated the visit to 4 stars was the lost reservation. More

Then I contacted AAA for ease of pickup, delivery and instructions. AAA delivered new Forester last Friday and picked up my old Forester. Believer they got new one from Capitol.
