Fine tuned machine I have used the service center several times and feel that my needs have been taken care of each time. Then it transfers and again I hear the call may be recorded by a different voice. Is there a reason I need to hear this twice? Other than that I appreciate the service. More

Simply Amazing ! My wife, daughter and I went in to look at a couple vehicles, but not to buy. A salesman greeted us while we were looking at a 2019 Traverse, his name My wife, daughter and I went in to look at a couple vehicles, but not to buy. A salesman greeted us while we were looking at a 2019 Traverse, his name was José Cruz. Jose was a very pleasant man and answered all of our questions. He offered to get the keys and take us on a test drive, to which my wife said yes. While my wife was on a test drive my daughter and I started looking at the 2019 Trax. While we were looking at them another salesman came up to us and asked why we did not go on the test drive with Jose, so I told him if my wife wanted it then it doesn’t matter what I think. To that he replied good answer and introduced himself as John. I asked if he was one of the managers or another salesman and he said “I’m just John”. Another very pleasant employee at Capitol Chevrolet that just wanted to see if he could get us anything while we waited. We took him up on the offer and stepped inside to get out of the rain. John also answered all of our questions while we waited. Once my wife and Jose returned from the test drive, she told me that she wanted the vehicle. The saying “happy wife, happy life” ran through my head, so I told Jose to work the numbers and let’s see what we can do. Jose did an amazing job with the numbers and we ended up driving our new 2019 Traverse RS home that day. Frannie was the finance manager that completed our paper work and got us out the door. And of course she was just as friendly as José and John. I think if the staff working there that day was not as pleasant and friendly as they were, we would not have purchased a vehicle that day.
