I continue to be amazed every time I have visited Capitol Chev for service. They are respectful of my time, I travel in from the coast for service (4hr round trip plus service time).. Excellent starts with outstanding service writers that also check for service bulletins (always) and fit those in on the same service event. The technicians are well trained and have the skills to diagnose & repair effectively, efficiently... quickly done right. My truck always receives a fresh wash. They have never scratched my prize, though I have a list of surprises including body damage that OTHER dealers have tried to hide from me over the years -- shocking. We are retired, on a very tight budget, rely heavily on our Chev Silverado Duramax, especially when traveling (towing 38' toy hauler we customize) with my paraplegic wife. Any breakdowns would be unacceptable. After 3mo & +16k miles on the road we had ZERO breakdowns and a repeat of excellent Chevy service in Anchorage.
