I felt cared for and cared about. Even though it may take time for them to meet my needs, I leave with the car that's right for me and not with buyers remorse. My requirements are specific and the guys at Capitol listen then strive to meet them, even suggesting possible alternatives that would make my perfect vehicle. They also take whatever time is necessary to explain when I'm not clear on a matter, whether it be a car function or contract issue. My husband trusts them well enough to send me in on my own for the purchase. And that's saying something! Yes I love my Subaru (they found on another lot, by the way)! And I'll be back!
