I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan rouge , and I’m so pleased . The fastest car service I’ve ever had I thought the process was going to be long and disappointing, but I was wrong those gentlemen helped pleased . I didn’t need to phone a friend to ask for help like other dealers try to tell you to ask someone to co-sign. I would recommend anyone to come to this dealership to purchase their next vehicle, and I will be back for my second purchase after I graduate!!!! More

I bought a 2015 Jeep grand cherokee from Capital garage and they told me I had a 2 month warranty. I bought the Jeep and had it checked out at another garage and they found that the timing chain cover was and they told me I had a 2 month warranty. I bought the Jeep and had it checked out at another garage and they found that the timing chain cover was leaking oil and a bad motor mount. I called them back and told them about the problems and they said I have no warranty. That have to purchase the warranty. At time of sale they said if I want 4 year warranty it would cost extra. But still said I had a 2 month warranty So I pay $21,600 No Warranty when I sign the paper for the car they show me a paper they tell me this is your two month warranty I sign it And he Take all the paperwork They put it Inside envelope so when I check the car and I find a problem in the car and I call and they say you don’t have warranty when I check the envelope he give it to me the paper for warranty is not Inside the envelope This is my second bad experience with the dealers what should I do I don’t know More

Lies. Traded a 2017 Wrangler for a 2022. Due to equity in trade I was to leave with a check for $4000. Manager Jaime Lebron came over to my wife and I t Traded a 2017 Wrangler for a 2022. Due to equity in trade I was to leave with a check for $4000. Manager Jaime Lebron came over to my wife and I to explain that since there was no one that could cut a check one would be sent the following day (Tuesday). After not receiving a check I called and spoke with my salesman, Phillip Price, who assured me he would find out and call me back. He did not. I'm not sure how he got my wifes phone number but he called her and stated that a check had been mailed. A week later after not receiving a check I stopped into dealer. At this time Mr Price stated that a check had not been mailed and could not be until they received title to trade vehicle. Tonight a week and a half later still no check, so I stopped again at dealer. This time they said they knew nothing about a check being late. Mr Lebron also stated he had never in his life met or seen me. One heck of a way to do business. More
