I brought in my car hoping the techs could find where water had accumulated in the passenger compartment. I assumed it was to do with the a/c condensation system. They kept the car for 2 days looking for leaks, gently spraying trying to see if there were leaks anywhere (a/c was fine). In the end they were not able to explain how it happened (and it hasn't happened again), but they also did not charge for the labor. I call that good customer relations. More
