A person answered the phone! I explained my Jeep’s problem, got an appointment for the next morning. There was a recall for the problem, so it was repaired at no cost to me. I can't say enough great things about Capitol and my experience there. I was looking to get out of my lease into a newer vehicle and they made the entire process so easy. I recently found myself needing a new vehicle due to being in a car accident. I went to Capitol and was not disappointed. I walked into the dealership on June 15, 2021 not really knowing what I should g being in a car accident. I went to Capitol and was not disappointed. I walked into the dealership on June 15, 2021 not really knowing what I should get but needing to drive away in something that day. Michele was a great saleswoman whom I felt no pressure from, which is important to me. I walked out of a dealership the day before due to the pressure I felt from the saleswoman I was dealing with. I drove 5 different vehicles and decided on the 2016 Jeep Renegade. She was knowledgeable about each vehicle I drove and helped me make the best decision based on my needs, desires and our family's payment budget. Juan, in finance was also good to deal with. I was there all day and Michele did not even get to eat lunch, neither did I. I would highly recommend this dealership and this particular salesperson. More
