Amazing customer service. I was very apprehensive about purchasing a car. I have always bought used cars with 100,000+ miles on them. Being a single mom it has been a struggle I was very apprehensive about purchasing a car. I have always bought used cars with 100,000+ miles on them. Being a single mom it has been a struggle to afford anything else. I’ve been working on my credit the last few years in hopes of eventually being able to get approved for a car loan, but unfortunately the car I purchased 6 months ago was on its way out. My score was no where near where I wanted it to be, but recommended by a friend I visit Capitol because at this point the worst they could say is no. I was contacted the same day I sent an inquiry and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. I was greeted by Jimmy Yilmaz. He was nothing short of wonderful. He made me feel very comfortable explaining my options and reassuring me he could get me into something. We test drove a few vehicles and he talked the entire way explaining all the pros and cons about them all while entertaining my two children. I decided on a Jeep Compass with very low mileage that was the perfect size for my children and I. We filled out the paper work and this man made sure my children were fed paying out of his own pocket for snacks and even went as far as getting them lunch from next door. I was there for about 5 hours and for a 8 and 5 year old that could seem like a life time, but nobody in this establishment seemed bothered by them playing with the tv the 10 bathroom breaks running back and forth and I’m sure they filled an entire wastebasket with empty wrappers from the vending machine 😂😂. Finally I was told the good news I was approved for my car loan. The weight that I felt lifted was indescribable. The peace of mind I have now is better then I could of imagined. I now have a safe reliable car for my family at a price I could afford and all I had to do was take the chance. I will be recommending this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car or upgrade. More

My Experience Bought my truck from this dealership. Purchasing was typical from a dealer. 2 weeks after i purchased my truck, the cluster lens cracked from the heat Bought my truck from this dealership. Purchasing was typical from a dealer. 2 weeks after i purchased my truck, the cluster lens cracked from the heat. It was an obvious defect in material, brought it back to dealer and they told me its not safety where not fixing it. Sales even tried to blame me for the crack. Horrible customer service. All there interested in is your money. Anything goes wrong with your vehicle they will not stand behind there product or there customers. This should have been covered with no hassle or issue. I even told them i would pay for the part if they covered the labor to have it installed, flat out refused. So, I Talked to two other dealers about issue both dealerships asked me why where they not fixing it, since i had just purchased truck. I will Never recommend them or go back to purchase another vehicle. This is why I’m giving them a 1 star. Very disappointed with how they handle this issue. More
