It was great, it made me feel important. I made an appointment that day to go down and look at what their lot had to offer me. Within minutes of being greeted they had shown me my Jeep. He was there every step of the way to help answer my questions and get me the best rate possible for this vehicle. The vehicle wasn't available instantly due to an airbag recall that needed to be fixed. The truck is awesome and the team at Capitol was very accommodating to our fairly tight schedule and hopes of purchasing the vehicle before the end of the year to take advantage of the tax deduction for our business. Jimmy our sales rep. Was eager to assist and did a great job of answering all of our questions. He even referred us to one of the mechanics “the Doctor” who answered all of the power wagon specific mechanical and technical questions that Jimmy was not familiar with. Lincoln was very helpful in thinking through and the financing options and additional warranties that weee offered. We have yet to pick the truck up post leather seat upfit but we had a great experience. The only feedback that I would give is to turn down the speaker over Jimmy’s desk or move it! More
