I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee from capitol just over a year ago and have been extremely satisfied with my purchase. I brought my trade in and they did the rest, the Jeep I wanted was already in their s a year ago and have been extremely satisfied with my purchase. Also I've brought my Jeep in for its regular services the past year and recieved great customer service from eveyone I dealt with. I look forward to doing business with Capitol in the near future and think more car dealerships should take after them. More

I had a wonderful experience with Capitol Garage. I traveled over 50 miles away to purchase a car from Capitol. I found a vehicle on there extremely user friendly website. I called to find out a little more information on the car. I was immediately impressed by the professional, knowledgeable sales staff. After giving me a extremely detailed description of the car and its history, I drove right up to take it for a test drive. I drove home in my new car a few hours later. With much experience with many other dealerships I know what a good honest one is, and I have now found one. The family atmosphere mixed with the knowledgeable sales staff is a formula for success. I will return for all of my services and future car buying. Thank you Capitol staff for the amazing service. More

They are no doubt steadfast on their selling price. They will not budge, or negotiate, and they will also not budge on giving you fair market value for your trade, but give you $1000. - $1500. below KBB boo will not budge, or negotiate, and they will also not budge on giving you fair market value for your trade, but give you $1000. - $1500. below KBB book value for your trade in. Their goal is to sell as high as they can and steal your trade......So if you are a car salesman this will be the place for you to work at, especially if you like giving the customer the shaft just to fatten your own wallet, but if you are a buyer/consumer, beware, you are not getting the best deal, by far, regardless how much the sales person flirts with you........
