I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership, I was constantly lied to through the entire process during and after. I was told my credit would not be run more than 3 times, it was ran 8 times. I I was constantly lied to through the entire process during and after. I was told I would drive my car home that same day, I didn’t drive it home til 3 days after, I was told I would have the plates from the RMV, the latest 3 days after the vehicle was purchased. A week and a half went by and I got a call saying my plates were at the dealership ready for me, I drove 45 minutes, and was told they were not there. I was asked multiple times for the same documentation to process the registration of my vehicle, overall this place will do anything to make a sale, lie about everything to make you happy, and the staff has a huge issue with communicating with each other. I will never come back here, nor recommend anyone come here to purchase a vehicle. More

I have been buying new and used cars for some 40 years. I’m going to say this buying experience was different from the past, all were accommodating, professional and courteous. Taking delivery was a joy! The beginning of January 2018 I found an issue with the vehicle. I contacted Chris Bombara the general manager, to which he advised me to bring it in so they could look at it. I will say from my past experience with dealerships, as I sat waiting, I was mentally preparing & fully expected them to say, sorry & tuff luck! I handed my keys over to the service director Tony Paoletta who came back a short time later, to announce they were going to take care of the problem, with an apology. The stellar service continued as I worked with Steve in the service department to make the appointment for the vehicle to be brought in. Capitol sent “their guy” Keith Herzig to my home to pick up & delivered a clean vehicle upon return. Needless to say, I now feel an allegiance to Capitol Garage!
