Stopped by to look at a new F-150. Sales guy barely acknowledged us and acted annoyed when we asked about pricing. No transparency on numbers and a lot of back and forth. I saw a truck online and drove down thinking we had a deal. Nope. The price online was not the real price. Would have been nice to know before I burned half a day driving down. We were thrilled to do business with Capitol Ford, Santa Fe, NM. We found ourselves in need of a vehicle “asap” and Trini (Salesman) came to our rescue. Sandra (Finance Manager) helped us with the paperwork and explained the extended Maintenance packages available. She never pressured us, but gave us options.
