My truck was tied up for a long time in the shop with extensive rodent damage inside the cab. It was very expensive to repair since the truck was nearly completely pulled apart to access the damage. Several very positive experiences with Capitol Ford came out of this: the dealer was kind enough to work with me to reduce my out of pocket expenses; the tech assigned to the repair installed steel mesh I provided across openings in the firewall to block future rodent access; I was very surprised how quiet the truck was when I got it back. No rattles! Other victims of rodent damage inside the vehicle need to insist on installation of steel mesh to prevent a recurrence. In fact, Ford should offer it as an option. More

Not recommending them to anyone EVER. They messed with me and tricked me into something THEY wanted me to get. Terrible terrible service.
