It was good, the only negatives was the upsale of $1,000 that really wasn’t needed. Jessie in the service department was absolutely outstanding. She was kind, communicative, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Drop-off was smooth, I was placed into a rental without issue, and my vehicle was returned the same day. Unfortunately, while the service experience itself was excellent, there were serious concerns with the quality of the repair work following a seatbelt recall. After picking up my vehicle, I discovered multiple loose screws and bolts on the carpet when accessing the third row. I contacted the dealership immediately and returned the vehicle the next morning. Jessie handled the situation promptly and professionally and confirmed the hardware had not been reinstalled. The issue was corrected that day, and I was again placed into a rental while the work was completed. While mistakes happen, this was a significant safety-related oversight. Since the repair, I have also noticed that the front seatbelts no longer retract on their own and must be manually guided back, which raises additional concerns about the care taken during the work. I have not yet had time to bring the vehicle back again, but wanted to note this as part of my experience. Jessie went above and beyond to make things right, and I truly appreciate her advocacy and follow-through. My feedback is intended to highlight the importance of careful workmanship on safety recalls, as well as to recognize Jessie for her exceptional customer service. More
I bought a used 2019 Hyundai Tuscon dealer certified from this dealership on Jan 21st' 2026. From the day I took the car, there was some strange sound/noise coming from the rear of vehicle while driving. The this dealership on Jan 21st' 2026. The noise is intermittent and even the service guy from this dealership heard the noise when I brought in the car for check up. When they did the multi point inspection, they found nothing and told me to bring back the car when the issue persists again. This is totally a frustrating experience for me given that I have bring back the car to service again and again. And the sad part is the issue is still not fixed. It's been just 2 weeks since I bought this car from this dealership and the experience has been really terrible. More
