His gentle email proding resulted in my contacting him before I made a long trip to purchase a Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited at a dealership to the north. Though there was not a 2025 model that met my requirements, Stephen offered me a great deal on a 2026 model and convinced me to come into the dealership and I am glad I did. I ask a lot of questions. Stephen was patient and answered my question and led me through the purchase process in a calm and stressless manner.
