I was not going to complain as they were busy the day I came in but it did take just shy of 4 hours and this was with everything pre-arranged, costs, vehicle choice, excellent credit, return customer. The nail in the coffin was today I called to get simple advice on my vehicle beeping every 25 seconds for hours. Vehicle is off, doors are closed, no fob in car. It is Not the transponder for Fast Trak. I went online and looked at all possibilities. Ruled th all out. No one who answered the phone at Capitol Hyundai would give me any time. Nothing. Just “bring it in” I can’t possibly be the first person with this specific issue. I also live quite far from San Jose so it isn’t convenient at all to just “bring it in” The car has 700 miles on it. The Hyundai app shows everything is normal. No one at the dealership expressed any concern/empathy/willingness to help over the phone. Very curt and unapologetically so. Too bad. I wil not recommend this dealership to anyone. The one star is because I like the car itself. Wish it would stop beeping. More
