Horrible customer experience from drop off to pick up. We dropped off a Santa Fe which is our primary family car for a family of 4 with 2 kids under 2 so car seats, strollers, etc. all needed. The rep initially insisted only sedan loaners were available, with no empathy or kindness. Only when we pushed did she say a Tucson, which is slight smaller, was available. We were given an estimate of 2-3 weeks for the work to be done. At the 2.5 week mark, we started calling daily, sometimes multiple times a day, but were not able to get a hold of anyone at the service department. This was extremely frustrating because we just wanted a status update, as we were working with a smaller vehicle and it was overall disruptive to our daily life. Around the 5 week mark, we get a call on a Tuesday with the same rep who helped us at drop off saying the car was ready for pickup, and that we had to pick it up the same day or else they would charge us for the loaner. There was no acknowledgement of our many calls, rather just an ultimatum/threat that we would get charged if we couldn’t move our schedules around to fit the dealerships needs. Overall I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. We’ve been Hyundai owners since 2015, purchasing a total of four Hyundais within the family since, and this experience did not meet the level of service we have come to expect. More
When I first visited this dealership, I got to talk to Jordanny. He was very friendly and helpful. We test drove a car and since the car I was interested in was not available, I was told I would be contac Jordanny. He was very friendly and helpful. Very scammy, outright lies. I called before hand asking the rough cost they informed me that it would be free (the first 3 times or first3 years) and also would provide free car I called before hand asking the rough cost they informed me that it would be free (the first 3 times or first3 years) and also would provide free car wash. When I showed up I was told that it was it not true and it does not apply for used cars. This was not the end, When it came to the actual services i was 'supposed' to get, the dealer was very reluctant to tell the price. When asked he deliberately told in a way it was hard to understand and follow (only the prices part). I asked again and noted down with a pen & paper. It was oil change, windshield wiper fluid and fuel injection fluid. I also repeated and showed the paper to the dealer who agreed. I clearly asked if fuel injection fluid was 5$ (as he said), he confirmed and i agreed to that service ONLY BECAUSE IT WAS 5$. When I was charged I questioned why it says 31$ and he said it's 35$ and I must have misheard him and pushing me to pay immediately. I questioned back and asked him about the paper confirmation prior to the service and he was extremely rude and was dismissive and telling it was me not listening correctly and it was actually 35 and im giving youa discount of 4$. I even had(still do) as a proof. The only reason I had for the fuel injection fluid was because i was told it was 5$, why would I pay for a very new car fuel injection fluid otherwise it's not a mandatory service. I felt extremely cheated and asked whether the car wash was done atleast and they said it isn't working. I booked it on that day (a workday) skipping few plans because i expected a full service with car wash because it was my first service. I was not even given a free car wash as they agreed initially. I brought this up and then he told someone about the car wash and I got the car "sprayed" with water instead. I left with an extremely bad taste in my mouth, completely being cheated, being outright lied to my face. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS DEALER AND ANY HYUNDAI DEALER FOR THIS MATTER. I rather get a better service for a much cheaper price at a local dealer. I felt disgusted and cheated and would have rated even lower if possible. NEVER COMING BACK YOU LOST YOURSELF A CUSTOMER AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. LOST A CUSTOMER BECAUSE YOU GUYS WERE VERY CHEAP AND SCAMMY. More
