Very friendly and excellent customer service. Eric Mendoza is awesome! He really helped us out in with a price we were more comfortable with as well as helping us find the truck we wanted. We were going to take a truck that had an orange trim to it which we did not like. Eric came to the rescue! He found us the exact same truck without the orange trim. He personally showed us some the features that the truck had such as the 4WD, 4x4, and of course how to start the engine. Christian Dimas sealed the deal. He helped us with the paperwork and explained everything in full detail. And hes a fellow SHARKS fan which is awesome! Overall a very good experience. Keep up the good work guys! More

Water Pump Failure Under Warranty James in the Service Dept couldn't have been more polite, accommodating and responsive. My minivan had an issue with the water pump and the repair wa James in the Service Dept couldn't have been more polite, accommodating and responsive. My minivan had an issue with the water pump and the repair was put in a quick queue and was fixed right away. James knew I was concerned about a busy schedule and he arranged for a personal ride instead of having to wait for the shuttle. I truly appreciated how he fast-tracked this fix. The only reason I marked 4 stars for Quality of Work was because there was a dirty hand print on my front seat and the heater vents and temperature were completely crazy and not restored to normal settings. Had James known this, I'm certain this would not have happened. Overall, very satisfied with my experience! More

Good maintenance service This was my last maintenance of my second two years of maintenance program. Wish they will sell one more two years of maintenance service.
