Jimmy was friendly and helpful in showing us the vehicles available and comparing the costs of each. We didn't have to negotiate price since these are set through the Costco Auto Program and are likely much better than we could have negotiated. Jimmy didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't want, he just helped us in deciding what it was that we wanted - and he was cheerful! JK Khilnani then helped us complete paperwork for the purchase.
