For my first meeting with Rick, He was very informative and happily addressed all my questions. I told Rick I wasn’t ready to purchase right away until I get my financing in order. I really appreciate the fact he didn’t constantly follow up with me to find out if I was ready to buy. When I was ready to buy, he was very flexible to accommodate my availability schedule. JK, the finance manager, was also a pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured to purchase any additional services. He clearly explained the additional services and answered all my questions, after which I chose the services I felt I could afford and needed. Although we had our financing in order, the only negative was all the time it took to compile all the paperwork, but that might be due to the fact we had a trade in. We were there for over 3.5 hrs after our test drive. More

Originally wanted the new 2018 Camry, but my mom said it was time to get a ne Honestly, I didn’t know that we would be planning to buy a Prius prime. Originally wanted the new 2018 Camry, but my mom said it was time to get a new car that was affordable and within our price range. So when we had Bob help us look for a new Prius 2018, I didn’t think I would like it. But sadly, there weren’t any Prius 2018s in stock, but I noticed the Prius Prime 2017s looked nice still and were somewhat affordable. Although the metallic/charcoal gray Prius Prime 2017 wasn’t my first choice since it’s a 4 seater car- I’m still absolutely in love with my hybrid Prius Prime :). I’m still getting used to how silent it is but I love the fact that it can run on electricity as well as gas and eco friendly. My mom and I are definitely happy with buying this car so thank you so much Bob and Richard for staying late after closing and being patient with us to help us take this baby home :). Definitely worth buying this car. Also thanks J.K. for setting up the final paperwork and everything! :D More
