Great Expierence for a First Time Buyer! Omar Ayna greeted me and my family at the door and supported us through to sale! I was not rushed through the process of selecting a car and he walked me though all of the various internal and external features in all 3 models of the Prius Prime 2017 and 2018 model. I eventually went with a Prius Prime Advanced that had everything I was looking for and more at an amazing price-best I have seen in California and I did my research! I was approved quickly and was able to Ring The Bell! I was then offerred time to wait and watch the Warriors and was quickly introduced to JK who supported me in financing, contracting, and insuring my first car! JK treated me and my mother like family and I truly felt taken care of at Toyota Capitol. 3 family members are already on their way to head over and look at vehicles with this team! Above and beyond I can be picky about the people with whom I’m willing to work on a business deal. In fact, I walked away from two other dealerships before I got to C I can be picky about the people with whom I’m willing to work on a business deal. In fact, I walked away from two other dealerships before I got to Capitol Toyota. I had a very specific wish list including a difficult to find color combination. Rick moved mountains to see that I got what I wanted, and Mark answered all my financing questions and helped me work the best deal possible. I live about an hour away from Capitol Toyota, and there is a dealership closer to me, but assuming their service department is just as competent as their sales department, I won’t hesitate to go out of my way to keep doing business with Capitol Toyota! Super efficient and they always honor my premium car service warranty (aka they do what they can to make everything included within this warranty which I appreciate!!). My service advisor was Justin who was maybe 2 minutes away doing something so I was waiting at his desk and was SUPER busy had what seemed like 100 other errands to run and I'm sure the look on my face told the whole story because Paul Hall who was to the left of Justin said he would be happy to help me in the interim. Paul was awesome: he knew I was in a rush so helped me in a timely manner, was super friendly and just took initiative. Very good service adviser....should be promoted in my opinion because it was 10 minutes before closing and he appeared happy and still optimistic at this time. More
