Unorganized and unprofessional I drove up to the service center and it was very unorganized. I got out of my car and no one said hi or helped. One rep said hi and asked who got ther I drove up to the service center and it was very unorganized. I got out of my car and no one said hi or helped. One rep said hi and asked who got there first and i told him the woman next to me. I wish I got him as my rep since he seemed nice. A another woman came out (i think her name was kelly) did not help with the situation. She came out saying how she had to help the reps with a customer that was not helped yet. I thought she was rude. She was there when I drove up and not exactly friendly. Everyone seemed to be running around with there heads chopped off trying tp find out which customer had beem helped or needed help. Jose (the rep that helped me) was unprofessional. As soon as I walked to his desk, he started talking to his coworker and ranting about his other coworker. He was saying that they better not mess with him. I stood there and had to wait for him to finish with his rant. I looked at him in disbelief thinking wow this is really happening. I remembered why I stopped coming here. The experience is blah and the lack of professionalism makes me want to stay away from this place. I know it all depends on the rep, but if I've had a not so great experience in the past and years later, I come back to the same thing. I think the universe is telling me to stay away from this place. More

Not satisfied with the service here This was the first time I came to this dealer and I was disappointed with the experience. People were helpful and I have no complaint about the employees, but the facilities were subpar. The prices are also more expensive than other dealerships. I used to own a Nissan Altima and own an Infinity and both of those dealerships had better service and also better prices and facilities I just purchased a pre-owned Toyota vehicle and took it in so that I could get an oil change and was very interested on getting the multipoint inspection. I was about to drive to LA so I wanted to make sure the vehicle was ready. The multipoint inspection said everything was fine, but I tried using the windshield wipers afterwards and found that the rubber on them was completely gone. At other dealerships they do a quick car wash complementary but at this dealership I did not get any of that. I am used to dealerships giving superior service which is the reason I bring my cars in. I could get an oil change at other shops for a better price. More
