The car we got from them is nice. Only a few minor details short of a 5-star. We were asked to check if the details that were inputted were correct. They were supposed to fix it in the system but it wasn’t fixed until we talked to someone else about it when we were going through our information to finalize the deal. The other person did apologize for it. It’s a little concerning that something that minor should have been done immediately but wasn’t. The second thing was when we were picking up the car the temporary license plate paper tag wasn’t attached to the car. If we didn’t notice it we would have drove off without the temporary license plate tag. We would have wasted gas just going back for something that was supposed to be done before we got there from the sales person who we talked to throughout this whole deal. The third thing is that they forgot to take the tracker off the car keys we got which I had to go and return. You would expect these things, minor things, to be done since they want to get customers and keep a good reputation. It just felt like after they knew they got our business they didn’t really keep up the work afterwards. It would have been 5/5 if they didn’t lag on these minor but important details. I would still recommend this place to others. Just make sure they don’t miss these things when you go to get a car from them. Be through. Ask multiple times if you’re unsure on anything. It’s better to be safe than sorry. More

I never received the title, therefore I still have not been able to tag the car. Tina no longer works for Car City, so I am working with Danni to try to access the out of state title.
