Our business was founded by our Managing Partner, Frank Heck who has over 30 years of experience in the automotive business. With a background in the wholesale buying arena, Frank and his team wanted to sell customers quality vehicles at true wholesale inspired prices with a fully transparent and non-traditional buying experience. That was the spark that ignited the vision of Car City Wholesale. I believe they should do a better job with detailing. It was rushed. Nice people. The trade-in estimate was a joke on our Cadillac Escalade. Did not trade it in!!! More

We want to clarify that all charges and incentives are reviewed and disclosed during the purchase process, and we encourage customers to ask questions at any point so everything is clearly understood before delivery. Regarding fuel level, tire pressure, and maintenance reminders, pre owned vehicles can vary at delivery depending on test drives, transport, and timing prior to pickup. Tire pressure in particular can fluctuate significantly with colder weather, which can cause readings to drop even when tires were set properly beforehand. That said, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as these details are important and help us continue improving our delivery process. We value the feedback and appreciate the opportunity to address it.
