Car City Wholesale is family based, Veteran owned, used value priced and luxury car dealerships located in Shawnee, near the heart of Kansas City. Our business was founded by our Managing Partner, Frank Heck who has over 30 years of experience in the automotive business.
With a background in the wholesale buying arena, Frank and his team wanted to sell customers quality vehicles at true wholesale inspired prices with a fully transparent and non-traditional buying experience. That was the spark that ignited the vision of Car City Wholesale.

This was our first time working with Car City Wholesale and both Skyler and Dane, who we worked with, were outstanding. They were quick to respond, not at all pushy, but kept us informed about the vehicle and both Skyler and Dane, who we worked with, were outstanding. When we arrived to test drive it, the vehicle was ready to go and the process of setting up the test drive was very straightforward. They were always very courteous and well informed. This was a great experience and I would recommend asking for either of these young men personally. It was also very easy to work with financing and actually purchase the car when we decided to do so. The car salesman, Paul, was professional, but that doesn’t leave much to the customer when the manager does not negotiate. I attempted to purchase a truck while giving them the sticker price, but in r doesn’t leave much to the customer when the manager does not negotiate. I attempted to purchase a truck while giving them the sticker price, but in return was given the cold shoulder when asked to have all weather mats supplied, have it shipped to me, and to take the adhesive, that was on the truck, off. They refunded my $500 I deposited, but didn’t even deposit it into my account, now I have to deal with that. More
