This was through an Autotrader tool called Trade-in Marketplace. I had a number that I received from Autotrader telling me what my car was worth. Having dealt with other dealerships about other cars in the past, I went into Homestead expecting to be told that my car was not worth the number Autotrader gave me, that my car has so many problems that devalue its worth and get a low-ball offer. Well, Homestead did tell me a different number than what I received from Autotrader, but their number was HIGHER! Yes, I did not believe it either! But that's the kind of establishment this family-owned dealership runs. They are very honest, courteous, ethical and upfront. There was no painful negotiation or the pressure to buy one of their cars in exchange for mine. When I got there, I was greeted pleasantly by their staff, no one hounded me or used "sales" tactics to get me to spend my money. The owner, Mike, came out to personally say hello and he himself handled my transaction. It took a total of 30 minutes for us to agree upon the price (which was higher than I was led to believe by Autotrader!), and I walked out a happy and satisfied client! I highly recommend Homestead Motors to anyone who wishes to be treated fairly, respectfully and wants to have a pleasant and painless car buying, or selling experience. I am a life-time client. More

Having not heard of this dealership before since I live over 40 miles away I was a little skeptical but took This dealership was a pleasant surprise! Having not heard of this dealership before since I live over 40 miles away I was a little skeptical but took a chance to go check out an excellent vehicle in their inventory. From the 1st phone call inquiring about my Jeep Patriot to the moment they were taking a picture of me standing in front of my new ride...the entire experience was laid back, friendly, professional and economical. The building itself is nice, clean and professional. I can say this now that the buying process is over lol, but they actually gave me MORE than I was expecting for my trade and didn't jack the price of the Patriot up like most dealerships try to do. If you are considering a vehicle from this dealership you have found a diamond in the rough as opposed to some other "big name" dealerships, I highly recommend proceeding with your interest in whatever vehicle you're considering. I was certainly one of those people - that is until my wife and I had the good fortune to stumble on Homestead Motors on the internet. Not only did we find their pricing extremely competitive, but their customer reviews seemed to be amazing....so we checked them out. Now, three cars later (including a purchase we made just yesterday), my mouth still hangs open when I think about how pleasantly different Homestead is from the rest of the "used car universe" out there. Take a few moments and think about everything GOOD you would hope to expect from a used car buying experience - and THAT's Homestead Motors! It all begins when you walk into their beautiful new facility and meet their friendly and highly professional staff (everyone from the owner, to the finance manager to the service manager makes a point to introduce themselves and welcome you to their dealership - a real sense of pride - I mean WHO DOES THAT??!!). But MOST importantly to me, the people at Homestead GET IT! They KNOW people like me take their car-buying experience seriously and know that selecting just the right car or truck is a very personal thing. So, they're extremely patient with you during the entire car-buying process - from the test drive (sometimes MULTIPLE test drives), to answering a long list of questions about your vehicle, to yes.....even the finance paperwork. As they say, "it's ALL good!" Heck, while we were there looking for a car, we had them do an oil change on my son's car. It was complete in a blink of an eye and the car was waiting for us right outside the front door of the dealership - and the price was right too! More times than not, a well-run business is usually a direct reflection of the company's management team, and Mike and his crew are definitely proof of that. I think it's in their DNA, and they make sure that not only do they hire the best in the business, but teach them the importance of treating customers like they would treat their own family.
