We had our funds in hand, respected their time being assured before our 45 minute drive the car was not sold. Once arriving the typical squawk of salespeople approached us and claimed the car may be in Miami if not sold. My inner mama lion came out. Sales manager Alex Medizabal tried to bamboozle me not directing his attention to me whom was talking but to my husband who was equally upset but admittedly more calm than I. I may be a woman but will not be treated like a stupid fool. I appreciate that you have many violations addressed to you daily, however would like to shine light on the oldest trick in the book. Horrible dealer I found a car I was interested in online. I went on to read reviews about the dealer and found the majority were negative for two reasons: 1. I called before I went and expressed my concerns about the reviews and how I wanted to make sure the car was available because a lot of people in the reviews state the car would not be available upon arrival to the dealer. She proceeded to confirm the car was indeed available and ready to sell. I arrive at the dealer and the car is not available, for reasons they were not able to disclose. I told them how I called and was lied to and they had nothing to say except that there's other cars I could choose from. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO GET YOU TO THE DEALER, EVEN IF YOU CALL. More

$5000 Secret Charges & Running Credit with No Authorization! I called in the morning to be sure the car I wanted was still available. They had another one that I agreed to buy so I put a deposit on it on Friday and had to come back Monday to do paperwork due to my work schedule. They took my deposit, ran my credit 3 TIMES WITHOUT ME AUTHORIZING THEM TO DO SO! I never signed anything allowing them to pull my credit. Then when we sat down to do the paperwork they told me the car is actually $5000 more than what it said online. I didn't read the disclosure that said that the price they had advertised was after a $5000 down payment. This place is horrible!!!! More

During these calls I was told that there were no dealer fees and the advertised price was the actual price and the only additional costs would be tax, tag and title. When I arrive to my scheduled appointment with the Manager, Gil, it was obvious that the car I saw on line was not there. A salesperson filled out a form on line including name, address, phone number and financing information (we were not going to be financing the car). Once Gil became available, he called me in his office and assured me that the car I saw on line was in their inventory and they could get it and he went on to explain that they were a bank dealership (whatever that is) and that they counted on people financing their vehicles. He said that the on line cost of the car did not include a $5,000.00 down payment. I explained that I spoke to representatives from the dealership no less than 5 times and I was told that the price on line was the cost of the vehicle. He replied “that helps us motivate people to come in.” I spent 3 hours of my time for a lying, dishonest dealership! More
