The sales men, supervisors, and mangers are all a bunch of liars and crooks. They are EXTREMELY unproffessional and try to scam you out of your money. Jose Garcia is a TERRIBLE, I REPEAT TERRIBLE sales manager that doesnt know what the xxxx he is talking about. This dealership posts a price of a car and when your get there, they add an additional $3k to $4k on top of the price you were already given. They make up imaginary reasons as to why the additional cost is added on, and when you ask what those cost are for, they bring up an imaginary "bank" that supposedly control what they sell and for how much. When you ask them questions you recieve "I don't know" responses and once you ask to speak to someone that's higher up you get an even BIGGER IDIOT that circles the same crap the first IDIOT wrote on the paper. They are extremely pushy and sell overpriced used and repoed cars that are 9 times out of 10 messed up. And that 3 months of warranty is complete xxxxxxxx. I really don't want people getting scammed out of their money , I repeat DO NOT go there. More

I HAVE OBTAINED AN ATTORNEYTO GET MY FUNDS BACK SINCE IT WAS WN ILLEGAL REPO WITH NO MERITS.. The salesman told me that the price online was an online offer and was based on financing 25% of the car. in conclusion, they were really asking for $33,000 for the car which was about market price, I wasted my time, they had me there for close to 2 hours, ran my credit only to tell me that the price that I had been lured in with, was the told to be finance after I give a $12,000 down payment. They try to rip you off at every turn and outright lie to you in order to get you to buy a car. This company has 1 out of 5 stars on YELP; 2.3 out of 5 stars on Edmunds.com; 1.7 out of 5 stars on CarGurus; and 1.8 out of 5 Stars on dealerrater.com. THERE IS A REASON FOR THIS!! Below are a couple of points that I hope everyone reads to help avoid dealing with this company, the Car Factory Outlet. 1.) The prices for their vehicles on the website are $5000 less than the actual asking price of the car. They try to claim that there is a disclaimer on the website stating the price listed is only after making a $5000 deposit. However, if you actually read the disclaimer, it is worded as a down payment in order to get to the monthly payment they have listed under the price, not as a requirement to get it to the price listed on the website. (How they have not been sued or shut down for unfair and deceptive trade practices is beyond me). Bait and switch at its finest. 2.) They attempt to have you write a review of them while in front of the receptionist before the deal is completed (i.e. before you finalize the deal and they try to hit you with hidden fees and prices higher than what you agreed to). I hope you are like me and read the one star reviews of a business first, as they are usually the most genuine reviews and based on the total experience. 3.) They claim to give you a lifetime warranty on their vehicles for engine and transmission. However this is contingent on a rigid maintenance schedule that has to be performed by an actual full line dealer to maintain this warranty. I would love to see how many people actually benefit from this so called lifetime warranty and how many are denied based on a small print technicality. 4.) This lifetime warranty also comes at a price. It is not until you are at the final stage with the finance agent that you are shown a hidden $899 certification fee. A fee that covers the "certified used car" rating and covers the lifetime warranty. Keep in mind this certified rating is not a manufacturer rating and the warranty is not a manufacturer warranty. Both are simply in house designations that really are meaningless and they try to charge you almost a thousand dollars for the privilege. 5.) The sales manager agreed to an $1100 discount on the car I was purchasing, however again when at the finance office the price listed was actually $200 over list price, for a total of $1300 over what we had agreed to just moments before. They try to fool you with your bottom line price in my case after trade in an down payment and hope you won't notice the staring price is not what was agreed upon. I looked the manager in the face and said we agreed upon the discount and he had to say the we in fact did agree and then tried to backtrack to say they deal in volume and make very little on each sale. The reality is, they obviously do this type of pricing scheme to everyone and unfortunately I'm sure most people don't catch it. So if you are still thinking of buying a car from this place, please double check the math and make sure you are getting what you agreed to. I bet you will see that you are not. 6.) The price quoted to me on multiple occasions and even written down, was inclusive of tax, tag and title fees. Once again, while at the final stage of finance these fees were tacked on to the price, hoping I would not notice or realize. Again it is very sad that I'm sure they do this type of thing to all their customers and i'm sure not many people catch or question it. After such bait and switch tactics and unethical behavior of the sales staff, I walked on the deal. The real reviews speak for themselves. This company has 1 and 2 star reviews on every site out there. Please read all the poor reviews for yourself and avoid the Car Factory Outlet at all cost. More
