The buying experience was a pleasure but the service is a disaster. I made an appointment and they were adamant I would be there by 11:30 a.m. for a simple oil change and tire rotation I was there until 3:15 disaster. I'm just glad it wasn't anything major that I took my car to them for. They offered no compensation for keeping me there for so long.
