Car Hop

I bought a jeep patriot from carhop within 2 weeks it went down stranding my daughter and myself. When I contacted them they wanted me to pay for a vehicle I had less then 14 days to be towed they also w went down stranding my daughter and myself. After 4 weeks I heard from the diagnostic place it was sent to and was told that the rear wheel bearings are shot that there mechanic didn’t want to drive it because it was highly dangerous! When I contacted car hop regarding this issue and if you know anything about rear wheel hubs it takes years to get to the dangerous point as of where it is and they let me drive it with my daughter that could have caused a lot of damage. Carhop is refusing to pay for the issues they are denying it’s there problem! The lady I talked to said well couldn’t hear it or tell there is a problem with it. I told her no I’m not a mechanic she then stated neither am I and I repeated what there diagnostic people said is that the battery is from 2016 and is xxxx! The rear wheel hubs are toast and that they take years to get to that point it’s not something that can happen in 2 weeks of driving it! She got attitude with me and repeated why couldn’t you tell and again I’m not a mechanic o wouldn’t ask a mechanic to change a catheter so why as me to diagnose a car. More

Carhop is the worst experience i e er had in buying a car. If you want a good used car with people who will work with you then Carhop is not the place you want to go. Over priced cars that will need more car. If you want a good used car with people who will work with you then Carhop is not the place you want to go. Over priced cars that will need more repairs soon after you buy it. This is the biggest car trap in Washington! If the car doesn't give you headaches then the staff definitely will....please save yourself from. This misery and don't purchase a car from here. More

In 3 days the wd40 wore off and half the car needs repairs. Do your homework and understand that carhop sells junk cars for 5X the blue book value. Most of their business comes from wage garnishment and their business plan is in ruining people's lives who are already down. They will lie, lie and lie to get that signature. Don't shop here or you'll be sorry later. More

They sold me a UNSAFE CAR I got a SUV on 3/10/17 & took it to mech. They wouldn't even tell me what's wrong with it. Took it back on 3/14 the manager got pissed & said that if we got another car the transmission might be broken as well. He told me that "If it's a perfect world I would've kept the car since its not perfect I'll have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back. Also the others cars were a xxxx of alot worse More

Carhop car almost cost me my life The carhop car I was driving caught fire while I was in it and burned to the ground I was able to escape but have been having nightmares ever since...
