I wish I had some redeeming qualities to share, apart from Manager Max trying to help a bit, but from start to finish it has been a slow nightmare with this dealer. Found through CarGurus, bought online out of state. The sales associates were non-responsive (had to continually reach back out for updates) with incomplete or incorrect information and no follow through. Paperwork was in the wrong name. Delivery of car without temp tags. Worst part is the car turned up with a missing seatbelt (!!), which they either didn't know about (incompetent) or they did (shady), and a broken and duct-taped latch for the sliding window (now you can open from outside!). These things were not disclosed after a $2K "certification" (on top of ~$45K for the car) and asking for photos/videos (never received until after delivery of car). Been trying to get these serious safety and security issues resolved, but they have ghosted me. I thought it was a scam when they first reached out and I should have stuck with that gut feeling. Worst experience ever and would NEVER recommend. I could say more but there's not enough space in the review to explain the massive headache this saga has been!! Buyer BEWARE and *definitely* don't buy from them online! More

I contacted the salesman Vik, asked if the van was available, and he confirmed it was. I drove 5 hours from Massachusetts to New Jersey. When I arrived, I saw the van and decided to buy it. I made it very clear that the vehicle must be registered under my business name, not my personal name, and I asked if they would take my truck as a trade-in. They evaluated my truck and agreed on $18,500 as trade-in value. After taxes, fees, registration, and plates, the total came to about $36,000, leaving roughly $17,500 to finance, which was acceptable. Then things changed without my authorization: • They changed the van price to $42,699 • Reduced my trade-in value to $17,000 • Changed the final numbers again • And I later received a $30,110 loan in MY PERSONAL NAME, which I never approved They promised: • To email me the contract • To send registration documents • Plates would arrive in Massachusetts within 5 days None of this happened. They gave me a 30-day temporary license, which is now expired. Today: • The van has no registration • The finance department claims there is no record of the vehicle • They do not return calls or emails • I have an active loan under my personal name • They kept my truck • I am without my truck and without the van • My business is on hold • I lost work due to lack of transportation This dealership caused serious financial and professional damage. I was misled and deceived. ⚠️ Do not trust Car Revolution. Stay away. More

I spoke with Deah about a vehicle online, and was told that the only additional fee was a $750 doc fee for tax and tags. I proceeded to drive about 3 hours to visit the dealership. The car I was intereste that the only additional fee was a $750 doc fee for tax and tags. I proceeded to drive about 3 hours to visit the dealership. The car I was interested in was in decent shape, took it for a test drive, and went to discuss a deal. The salesperson brings over their manager, and they add an additional $4,000+ in useless made up fees to the vehicle. Talking about “delivery fee” for $995 and other complete xx that I have no interest paying. I feel straight up lied to by their representative just to get in the door. I make them a fair offer OTD minus all these fees. They bring it to their manager and reject the offer. Another misleading and scamming dealership, tacking on thousands in useless fees, wasting my entire day. Avoid them for anyone more trustworthy. More
