I don't normally write reviews but this one is necessary. They post fake prices to get you in and waste your time. Just like other reviews I asked way too many times the walking out the door price and they refuse to give it to you. I had a woman call (with a crying baby in the background. ) It was so hard to even hear..very professional... She wanted to follow up. I told her I've been asking for a price walking out the door and still haven't received. She assured me she would be contacting the manager to work on it. I wouldnt give this place a dime of my money. Id be really surprised if any of those 5 star reviews were real. I've never seen such poor management. Whoever replies to each of these reviews, don't waste your time. I don't have time for these stupid games you like to play. There are way too many dealerships around than to waste your time at this one. More

When I was distracted on the phone with my insurance company he put about 6g of optional things un for 23 g. Verbally told salesman nothing optional. When I was distracted on the phone with my insurance company he put about 6g of optional things under my pen. He's done nothing to make things right. !!! THE HORROR STORIES ARE TRUE !!! He wont tell me where to take it if not happy with the purchase. He won't get a manager to talk to me. The company won't return my messages. I went there on Saturday morning to see this particular vehicle ( 2022 BMW 740 for $33846 ) but the sales person and his manager could not locate the vehicle because according to them, it was just sold las vehicle ( 2022 BMW 740 for $33846 ) but the sales person and his manager could not locate the vehicle because according to them, it was just sold last night.....they claimed but obviously not. But, miraculously, they had a different lot numbered vehicle to show Me a same car, same year, same model, same color & with the same mileage for $39500. Now the price advertised on Car Guru is always 3k less than their price on their website because the down payment is excluded. Then there is that idiotic tactic of Certification of the car to be added which could end up somewhere between $3500-$5000. Why do all these dealers feel the need to con & scam for their livelihood? I walked out of there, next day received a text from them, now claiming that the particular vehicle I came to see is not sold but in negotiations and not to My surprise that vehicle is still listed for sale on various websites from the same dealership. Called in from a different number and used a different name yesterday and guess what? That 2022 740 is still available ( But safe to assume it will be sold when I reach the dealership ). A shame that lying and treating people like they are stupid is such a big part of their profession. NOT RECOMMENDED ( Since My visit on On 02/24/2024, this particular vehicle is still available since yesterday and My friend was asked to come in to test drive it but 10 minutes before, I called and was notified that it was not available ) Despicable!! Typical car dealership. Only looking out to make money. Doesn’t care about the customer. Lawyer dropouts. Wouldn’t send my enemy there to buy a car. Only looking out to make money. Doesn’t care about the customer. Lawyer dropouts. Wouldn’t send my enemy there to buy a car. More
Fraudulent dealership. Switch and bait on the advertised price. Went to look at a vehicle that was advertised for 19k, their actual selling price was 27k. Admitted that the Switch and bait on the advertised price. Went to look at a vehicle that was advertised for 19k, their actual selling price was 27k. Admitted that the price was incorrect on all advertisements but blamed other websites claiming that the 19k was after a 3k down payment only. And then proceeded to try and tack on over 6k worth of absolute nonsense such as a extended warranty, window etching, a ridiculous destination charge - on a used vehicle no less, crazy document fees and a highly slimy anti-theft device for a sale price of north of 27k. I feel sorry for the people that go to this dealership and don't have experience buying cars and fall for this highly predatory dealership. This is old school 1970's snake oil salesman car dealership at its best. Avoid at all costs. More
