I’ve had a terrible experience working with this place. Complete waste of my time. The first time I found a listing online I was interested in. When I messaged the sales person who was working with me and asked for a true out the door price because I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time and wasn’t going to buy if there was hidden fees involved, they completely ghosted me and stopped answering my calls. A few weeks later, I found another listing I was interested in. I paid a mechanic $200 to go and inspect the vehicle before I drove 2 1/2 hours there. I confirmed with the sales person several times that the vehicle I was interested in was available and ready for inspection from the mechanic I was sending, even up to a half hour before the mechanic arrived. When the mechanic arrived, they told him that the vehicle was in the body shop and he was unable to look at it or inspect it because the body shop was over an hour away. This just seems so suspicious and brings up so many red flags. I’m out my $200 now and I absolutely do not want to work with the dealership, especially after reading other reviews. I asked to speak with a manager because I wanted them to reimburse me for the $200 they lost me, He told me He would credit me $200 on another vehicle and that their best sales person AZ will call me back in a half hour. AZ Never called me back and I’ll be taking them to small claims court for my $200. More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! ! I wish I had some redeeming qualities to share, apart from Manager Max trying to help a bit, but from start to finish it has been a slow nightmare w ! I wish I had some redeeming qualities to share, apart from Manager Max trying to help a bit, but from start to finish it has been a slow nightmare with this dealer. Found through CarGurus, bought online out of state. The sales associates were non-responsive (had to continually reach back out for updates) with incomplete or incorrect information and no follow through. Paperwork was in the wrong name. Delivery of car without temp tags. Worst part is the car turned up with a missing seatbelt (!!), which they either didn't know about (incompetent) or they did (shady), and a broken and duct-taped latch for the sliding window (now you can open from outside!). These things were not disclosed after a $2K "certification" (on top of ~$45K for the car) and asking for photos/videos (never received until after delivery of car). Been trying to get these serious safety and security issues resolved, but they have ghosted me. I thought it was a scam when they first reached out and I should have stuck with that gut feeling. Worst experience ever and would NEVER recommend. I could say more but there's not enough space in the review to explain the massive headache this saga has been!! Buyer BEWARE and *definitely* don't buy from them online! More

I contacted the salesman Vik, asked if the van was available, and he confirmed it was. I drove 5 hours from Massachusetts to New Jersey. When I arrived, I saw the van and decided to buy it. I made it very clear that the vehicle must be registered under my business name, not my personal name, and I asked if they would take my truck as a trade-in. They evaluated my truck and agreed on $18,500 as trade-in value. After taxes, fees, registration, and plates, the total came to about $36,000, leaving roughly $17,500 to finance, which was acceptable. Then things changed without my authorization: • They changed the van price to $42,699 • Reduced my trade-in value to $17,000 • Changed the final numbers again • And I later received a $30,110 loan in MY PERSONAL NAME, which I never approved They promised: • To email me the contract • To send registration documents • Plates would arrive in Massachusetts within 5 days None of this happened. They gave me a 30-day temporary license, which is now expired. Today: • The van has no registration • The finance department claims there is no record of the vehicle • They do not return calls or emails • I have an active loan under my personal name • They kept my truck • I am without my truck and without the van • My business is on hold • I lost work due to lack of transportation This dealership caused serious financial and professional damage. I was misled and deceived. ⚠️ Do not trust Car Revolution. Stay away. More

I spoke with Deah about a vehicle online, and was told that the only additional fee was a $750 doc fee for tax and tags. I proceeded to drive about 3 hours to visit the dealership. The car I was intereste that the only additional fee was a $750 doc fee for tax and tags. I proceeded to drive about 3 hours to visit the dealership. The car I was interested in was in decent shape, took it for a test drive, and went to discuss a deal. The salesperson brings over their manager, and they add an additional $4,000+ in useless made up fees to the vehicle. Talking about “delivery fee” for $995 and other complete xx that I have no interest paying. I feel straight up lied to by their representative just to get in the door. I make them a fair offer OTD minus all these fees. They bring it to their manager and reject the offer. Another misleading and scamming dealership, tacking on thousands in useless fees, wasting my entire day. Avoid them for anyone more trustworthy. More

Worst Nightmare Car Buying Experience – Dishonest and Avoid at All Costs! I am writing this review to warn everyone to stay far away from this dealership. My experience here has been nothing short of a Avoid at All Costs! I am writing this review to warn everyone to stay far away from this dealership. My experience here has been nothing short of a complete nightmare, full of dishonesty, distraction, and broken promises. Deceptive Pricing and Sneaky Tactics I agreed to a vehicle price of $36,000. I provided a substantial $15,000 down payment. Yet, when I finally reviewed my final paperwork, I discovered my loan was still $35,000. That means they effectively sold me the car for $39,000—$3,000 over the agreed-upon price! This deceptive practice was facilitated by the finance manager, who rushed me to sign the closing documents while I was conveniently (for them) on the phone with my insurance company. They used a deliberate tactic of distraction to sneak an inflated price and extra costs past me. Total Lack of Accountability and Ghosting To make matters worse, they burdened my loan with over $5,000 in completely useless coverage and guarantees. I formally requested the cancellation of these unnecessary add-ons over six months ago to lower my principal. The dealership, however, has done nothing. Sales Manager, Luis Tavarez: He repeatedly assured me he would personally handle the cancellation and submit the necessary paperwork to the bank. Now, he refuses to answer my calls or return my messages. Customer Service Rep, Kate: She also initially took my calls but has now completely stopped answering. This is not a matter of a simple oversight; this is willful negligence and ghosting after they secured my money. They are holding my $5,000 and forcing me to pay interest on it. Final Warning This dealership engages in unethical, predatory business practices. They will overcharge you, distract you while you sign, and then completely abandon you when you need them to correct their mistakes. Do NOT reward this kind of dishonesty with your business. Stay away from this place and save yourself the stress, the time, and thousands of dollars. STAY AWAY! Caraballo More
