No answer no callbacks. These vehicles are all from auctions. They do no inspections. They will play games to get you the payment and then backload the fees it’s an absolute joke. They will have you upside down in no time on your loan stay away from this dealership unscrupulous they will lie to your face. They should not be in the car business. More

Typical bait and switch if you don't finance through them. They advertise their cars on auto trader and give two prices, one to finance and one of you pay cash ( est taxes and fees included). I was told by the sales manager that there is a disclaimer and they don't have to honor the price. The vehicle I was looking at was $31,000 to finance and $33,360 for cash. The sticker on the vehicle was $46,000+and I was told that was the cash price through their website. The mgr told me the only way he could get close to those prices was if I financed. The vehicle has been on his lot since September of 2025 so you would think they would want to move it but that was not the case. I wouldn't recommend this shady dealer to my worst enemy. More
Bought a van 11 months ago. The price went up 3k at signing. Sales manager Luis added almost 5k of useless protections which he made sound like it was included in the price. He told me that he was going to take care of it and 10 months later and many calls to the dealership. I called DOC and was able to cancel the protections. It's been almost 2 months and they stay haven't sent the refund to the bank. And everytime I call them I'm not able to speak with no one cause they are always "busy", even the finance department. Horrible, car is on the website and when you arrive they have an excuse that the vehicle is in service or had an issue. How this dealer has the overall rating it has is beyond me. All I can do is parrot almost ALL of the comments already in the negative reviews. Shame on me for not reading them first. Lesson learned. Worse experience. I bought a van from them at the end of March. Price went up $3000. Then they added almost $5000 of warranty and protection plans which I asked them t I bought a van from them at the end of March. Price went up $3000. Luis, the sales manager keeps telling me that he's going to take care of it. It's been 9 months and the bank still haven't received anything from them. He tells me that the protection plan can't be cancelled, but the company tells me that they never received a contract from them. So I never had the protection but it can't be cancelled. Stay away from this place. Make sure that you read the reviews from the location in Avenel...they are the problem. Angel Caraballo More
I’m extremely disappointed with the way this dealership handled our purchase. The car was listed for sale, and someone had already put a deposit on it—but we were told that if we “hurried up and got there handled our purchase. That should’ve been our first red flag. The pricing was even worse. The vehicle was originally listed at $35,000, with a $4,000 down payment and $2,000 off for a damaged bumper—bringing the total to $29,000. Somehow that turned into over $41,000 financed. There were add-ons included that we specifically declined, like a GPS tracking service we never asked for. When it came time to sign paperwork, the woman who assisted us rushed us through the entire process. She didn’t explain anything, didn’t go over any documents, and pushed everything through so fast that we barely had time to look. Now we know why. Overall, the experience felt misleading, rushed, and dishonest. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DEALER I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. . CALLED ON A DODGE GRAND CARAVAN FOR $13K... GOT THERE .. DROVE IT. SEEMED GREAT.. UPON RETURNING TO DEALERSHIP.. NOTICED CRACKED WINDSHIELD..
