I made an appointment to drive 2. 5 hrs to look a vehicle they told me was on the lot. I get there and mysteriously it was sent back to the auction and they had no clue. Their attitude was like "oh wow i cannot believe this" No I'm sorry you drove all this way. You cannot get a "real" person on the phone everyone that answers are in a "call center" and no clue about inventory. DO BUY A CAR HERE. More

Horrible, price will not be the same as advertised. Will add a whole bunch of unnecessary stuff on the contract that are optional. Had to go through Ally to get optional charges off of contract and still do not know where my down payment went. Buyers beware!! More
Just straight up deceives consumers with their listings at decent prices and then charging well over 3.5K dollars in extra xx, like theft protection, "certification", etching, "destination fees" despite be at decent prices and then charging well over 3.5K dollars in extra xx, like theft protection, "certification", etching, "destination fees" despite being a used car dealer. This does not include the other fees that you might typically find at any used car dealer such as registration, taxes, etc. End of the day, a 20k vehicle becomes closer to 27k. Just downright pathetic, scummy business practices. Don't waste your time. More

The cars I was interested in weren't ready to be looked at or even moved out of the back of the lot. Don't go here, you'll regret it, even if you don't buy anything. Absolutely horrible. They have got to be one of the worst thieves in New Jersey, which is saying quite a lot about a used car salesman.
