I like the car, he made an excellent offer which I couldn't refuse. I bought the car within an hour. I had an issue with my car on Sunday and called Franco. On his off day he answer politely. He advised me to come to the EMG on Monday. I was there first thing in the morning. He was waiting for me and handle the matter right away. I really want to return there car get my money back and take my business elsewhere in will not be a repeat customer nor will I refer anyone I have removed the licence plate older with the name emg from my car as I will not give them advertisement. However, due to the final negotiations. I will only give 4/5 stars. Other than that, my experience has been good & would recommend individuals who can afford to do so to check out what they have. Also, If you are currently serving in the military: Active, Reserve, or National Guard. Please let them know & show proof via military ID card. EMG will be more than happy to accommodate & cater to our service men & women. It was bitter sweet to let my BMW go. However, it was nice to see that they treated my former car with care. Lastly, I appreciate EMG's Tokens of military appreciation! A shout out to Franco Uribe, his Supervisor, & the service team for a hospitable customer service experience. **Disclaimer** Before going out to purchase a new or used car, keep in mind, if you have a trade in. Expect to have your trade in value to be less than what your initial research entails you. This will be factored & dictated by how many other vehicles on their lot that fit the same make & model type. How many they are able to sell with in the given sales year. What your vehicle comes equipped with. Also, before visiting any dealership. Take the time to clean out, wash, & detail (if you can) your trade in. No sales rep. wants to see or handle a trash box on wheels. That is just poor business practice. Also, I highly recommend that if you have done any custom work to your trade in. Remove all or as much of the custom work as possible to return your trade in as close to OEM as one can get. ANY custom work "may or may not" increase the value of your trade in! Lastly, if you feel that the transaction is not balanced. YOU, as the customer CAN negotiate to a fair extent.. Keep in mind, dealerships are a business & their sole purpose is to make revenue! Lastly, bring a friend who has adequate knowledge of vehicle maintenance or a mechanic to look over the vehicle of interest.
