They are out of their minds. A car that old with that many miles if it was in excellent conditions sells for $21,000 at best. The one they have, in the condition its in shouldn't sell for more than $19,000 at best. I really recommend if anyone does decide to go there, do your research on what it should be selling for i.e. kbb, edmonds, truecar, which also offers a price guaranty in some cases also ask to see what they paid for it and **check Galves recommendation** since that's what they use to buy your trade and get a price for what the can sell it for, and don't buy in to there bull... advertising ploys. Also take your own mechanic to inspect the vehicle, carfax and etc. If they give you a hard time report them to the BBB and take your business somewhere else. I am definitely reporting them to the BBB its just highway robbery plus there shading reputations doesn't help. Not to mention most of the 5 star reviews are done by employees there. More

I took the car to a Nissan Certified technician and he confirmed that it was a fault transmission. I called and worked with Ron, who doesn't keep any of his promises. So, after all the stress and lies from them I still have a bad transmission and now I have a personal lawyer handling the case. More
