Frank went out of his way even giving me his personal number and sending me pictures ahead of time. The service was phenomenal and the price was great!!! I LOOOVEE this car!!!! She is flawless, and the entire staff was very professional and nice, I highly recommend this dealer if you are looking for a good used car and a great salesman. This is my third time trying to describe my experience at EMG. First of all I would like to say I've never had such great experience buying a new or used automobile. Mr. Franco and all the staff were very helpful in making my choice of buying a used car a very pleasant one Mr. Franco was very through in helping me make a choice that am still very happy with today. he broke down all the option between a BMW and A Mercedes. and walked me through all the steps explaining everything all the way to the end. He then turned me over to the Finance officer (Reggie) Who assisted me in getting the best finance available for the automobile that I wanted. Everyone from the part person (Jamie) to the Mechanic (Alex) down to the receptionist Paula and Joey made me very comfortable again through the whole process and addressed all my questions with concern and a smile. Seriously! What a scam! I called the dealership a few weeks ago and I wanted to schedule an appointment to test drive the Tacoma. I was told the truck was sold a few days ago, but they had a few other T weeks ago and I wanted to schedule an appointment to test drive the Tacoma. The VIN is 5TELU42N66Z198576 is listed just about every day- check out Craigslist. Because they wasted my time with every truck I wanted to test drive, I make it a point to call them to check on the status of a different truck. Eventually, I will ask about the truck I listed with the VIN above and I will get a different story. Oh- the truck is still here but we have a deposit on it. They use certain vehicles to entice a call and then the xxxx suckers give you the snake oil! RUN FAR AWAY! More

I called yesterday before I went to work at 10am and asked if a 2006 TL was available which i was told it was. I called at 2pm as soon as I got out of work before I took a 1 hour drive up to avenel and asked if a 2006 TL was available which i was told it was. I called at 2pm as soon as I got out of work before I took a 1 hour drive up to avenel and asked if the car was on the lot and was told yes it was. When I get there I looked around and no TL I even looked in the garage and no TL. A salesman comes out and I asked where the TL was he told me it was sold Saturday. Then I look at a Lexus and find out the price online aka financed price reflects a $3500 down payment. So they lie about inventory to get you in the door and they lie on there advertised prices. Stay away!!! Never seen business conducted this way at a dealorship not that they are the only ones. Btw I bought an 2007 TL at open road bmw today with Ahmed. More

They sold me a 2008 Land Rover LR3 claiming that it was covered under manufacturer warranty. It had several problems, which surfaced after driving for 500 miles. They delayed the service to go past the 30- covered under manufacturer warranty. It had several problems, which surfaced after driving for 500 miles. They delayed the service to go past the 30-day period. After which, they asked me to go to LR Dealer and claim warranty. When I went there, LR dealer pulled the report and the warranty expired before I bought the vehicle. Then I went back to EMG. They did not treat me well and I was literally thrashed out of their showroom, as I was complaining in front of their potential customers. Their finance manager is 101% unfriendly and very rude. Service Manager and Sales Manager just talk and don't serve. Do not fall in to their good talks while they try to sell the car. They are BIG LIERS. More
