I hate car shopping. I hate the pushy salesman, I hate the waiting forever to process paperwork. When we arrived at Car Vision they had the car waiting for us. They were completely upfront about pricing. They don’t negotiate on the vehicle as they feel they are fairly priced. They had a print out with all of the fees including extras. Obviously you can’t opt out of the price of the vehicle or required paperwork, and sales tax. We did opt of out the extras, and were not hassled about it. The paperwork did take a while, longer than I wanted considering we were paying cash. I appreciated that they didn’t hassle us, let us look, gave us time to discuss. No hidden fees when signing paperwork. I don’t plan on buying another vehicle for a long time, but I would considering going there again. More

If I could give them zero stars I would! The representative from the legal office is very unprofessional. He did not seem to know what he was talking about and did not seem to be aware of th The representative from the legal office is very unprofessional. The service manager did not seem to care that the struts needed to be replaced- only cared that they weren't leaking. When asked how long it would take for them to start leaking (when they apparently become dangerous) I was told "I don't have a crystal ball." I was told by a mechanic that it is between 40,00 and 80,000 miles (I bought this vehicle with 53,000). They don't seem to care about their customers and their safety. I did file a complaint with the attorney general. Hopefully no one else purchases a vehicle from them!!!!! UPDATE: upon reviewing my paperwork for the gap insurance and warranty they sold me, it appears that they used my middle name for my last name. Yet ANOTHER problem I will have to take time out of my day to deal with thanks to this dealership. Bought a vehicle here on March 2nd. During test drive, it sounded like it needed brakes. I was told it was just dirt from sitting. Cut to a week later when I brought it in and it was ended up needing struts!!!! The bill was $1300 and to my shock they didn't charge me anything. However, when you purport that it passed a certain point inspection then it needs struts (or initially it was thought it was bushings/wheel bearing) that's definitely shady business practices! It actually sounds like I may need back struts as well! They also claimed to fix the tire pressure monitor (at a cost of $140) and the light is still on!!!! I would definitely avoid buying a used vehicle from this place. I have a feeling I will only have more problems. I am well prepared to contact the state attorney general about this. Who knows how many junk cars they've sold to people. Very unsafe, especially for those like me who have little ones traveling with them. Very disappointed and have no trust in this dealership. More
