I purchased a 2010 MINI Cooper from Car2Sell in East Windsor, Overall, my experience with this dealership has been a mix of positives and a couple challenges (Positives outweighs challenges). The purchasing process itself was straightforward, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, after purchasing the vehicle, I experienced several mechanical issues that required attention. While that was certainly frustrating, I understand that unexpected problems can happen with any pre-owned vehicle. (Always buy an extended warranty on a used car! It very important, a couple of my issues are covered under warranty) My biggest area of feedback is communication and follow-up from dealership. There were times when I felt updates could have been more proactive, and better communication would have gone a long way in easing my concerns throughout the process. That said, I also believe it's important to recognize when a business is making an effort to do the right thing. As of now, the dealership has my vehicle in their service department and is actively evaluating options to reach a resolution that works for both parties. I appreciate that they are taking the situation seriously rather than ignoring it (Which is a huge plus on this dealerships behalf), and at this point I am happy with the direction things are moving. I'll of course update my review for future shoppers once everything is finalized, but for now I wanted to provide an honest assessment. There is definitely room for improvement in communication and follow-up (After Purchase), but I also appreciate the dealership's willingness to work toward a fair resolution, this does show a fair level of care with the work they do. I do recommend this dealership as an option for purchasing a used car, they have tons of options that help everyones needs. More
