I had such an amazing car buying experience thanks to Drew. He truly went above and beyond. After the first hour of inquiring about my vehicle, he was giving me a phone call. I live in Washington, and wa Drew. He truly went above and beyond. After the first hour of inquiring about my vehicle, he was giving me a phone call. I live in Washington, and was hesitant to buy a vehicle from another state; since I couldn’t take a look at the vehicle or test drive it. He sent such well, detailed videos of him driving the vehicle, as well as interior and exterior videos. He was running numbers for me after work hours and did all the leg work. Drew was nothing but honest, and worked just as hard as me to make my deal work. I was unsure for a few days if I could make it all work out, and he was patient the entire time. He took it day by day along side me. He didn’t pressure nor drop me, not once, even after it took me 2 weeks to seal the deal. I plan to continue my business with CarDome in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family, and honestly anybody who needs a car! More

Salesman Zack worked well with me on a 2021 Toyota Tundra. I told him what I could do and he, Drew, the sales manager, and AJ in finance made it happen. Absolutely DO NOT BUY from here. They ignored me from day one, electrical problems, suspension problems and a paint job that was awful with color matching from hood to car sometimes They ignored me from day one, electrical problems, suspension problems and a paint job that was awful with color matching from hood to car sometimes up to three shades difference. RUNS in the paint that are so obvious, and in 3 places! No exterior badging except what was left with the car, liftgate and fenders. Blinkers that don't work in cold cold weather, and a radio that is intermittantly working. So Bad, and nothing but ignoring me. I did buy online with assurance that it was all good, and never expected to be messed with like this. Branded titles do not bother me, the actual service after the sale, and ignoring me does. I may add that the suspension had loose parts that needed tightened, gosh that inspection of the car they sold was certainly exceptional, wasn't it? More
