Everyone was really nice, that I likes most about carmax was that they weren’t commission based, so they weren’t talking over my shoulder trying to get me to buy a car. Instead I was able to go out to their was that they weren’t commission based, so they weren’t talking over my shoulder trying to get me to buy a car. Instead I was able to go out to their lot and look at any car I wanted. The only complaint I had with them was having to provide documents that I already submitted online, which that could totally be a company policy to double check idk, but the point of an appointment was to save time and I wasn’t able to because I had to re-provide documents.
