Overall buying experience was good. Notification of truck availability was promised by a phone call. Did not occur. I have never been treated so well at an automotive dealership. From the moment I walked in the door until the sale9s0 were completed I was treated with respect and appreciation. I was initially wo dealership. From the moment I walked in the door until the sale9s0 were completed I was treated with respect and appreciation. I was initially working with a gentleman by the name of Carlos who respectively passed me to a colleague who continued with the search for the perfect car. Beni Saben, a customer specialist, worked with me for several days keeping me updated on her efforts to have two cars shipped in for my inspection. She's a keeper! When the desired vehicle, a 2022 Lexus ES 350 arrived at the dealership, Ms. Saben was not working that day so I was served by another Customer Specialist, Celia Wagner who completed the sale and sent me on my way happily. Ms. Wagner indicated that she had not been emplyed by CarMax long, but that did not show. She's another keeper! Finally, I need to offer accolades to a young gentleman, Cross-Functional Store Manager Blake Stratton. Mr. Stratton seemed to be everywhere, doing everything at all times in support of his staff, including finding creative ways to ensure that I was able to purchase my desired vehicle.
