Run away! Do not buy from here. I bought a Lexus from here and the windshield was cracked upon arrival. Also the trim was incorrectly stated on the website… Do not buy from here. I bought a Lexus from here and the windshield was cracked upon arrival. Also the trim was incorrectly stated on the website… refused to do anything about it. They said I have a return window. They told me to take it to safelite for repair and they would take care of it. Great right? Wrong. Safelite damaged the frame of the car & broke the auto windshield wipers. I called carmax and they said they would discuss what to do and extend my return window for me. Meanwhile they don’t get back to me and I get Covid and ask them to come pick up the car as they told me they would. Nope! They lied and stuck me with the car and won’t do a thing about it. Filed BBB report & a state report. This is seriously the worst company I have ever dealt with. More
