⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Overall, I am happy with the vehicle I purchased, but my experience during the purchase process left something to be desired. I had this BMW shipped from another CarMax location after d purchased, but my experience during the purchase process left something to be desired. I had this BMW shipped from another CarMax location after doing my research and was prepared to purchase it. In fact, I arrived at the dealership with a check in hand after completing my test drive. During the inspection, I identified three dents on the driver’s door that were not disclosed in the vehicle’s “imperfections” photos. I asked whether they could be repaired before purchase and was told they met CarMax standards and would not be fixed. I was also told the dents could not be repaired because they were located on a body crease. Knowing that paintless dent repair is often possible on crease dents, I sought a second opinion after purchasing the vehicle. A dent repair specialist came to my home and successfully removed all three dents in less than an hour. My disappointment isn’t that the vehicle had minor imperfections—it’s a used vehicle and that’s understandable. My disappointment is that the dents were not disclosed and that I was given inaccurate information about the possibility of repairing them. I would have appreciated a more customer-focused approach, especially considering I had already committed to purchasing the vehicle. The car itself is great, but the handling of this issue took away from what otherwise could have been an excellent buying experience. More

The process was very easy & efficient. I did not spend all day at the dealership. I knew what I was purchasing test drove and within 2 hrs took the vehicle home for my daughter. My representative Ronnie was great but did not have knowledge of what happens after a customer purchases a vehicle. Called the next day to notify the store and my representative and talked to the service department but of course they said I needed to talk to my sales rep. I texted her and informed her but she would be out for the next two days but she said she did not understand why they could not handle it. So I waited until the third day and of course ended up talking to the service department again and they said they would talk to my sales rep (Ronni), but of course when she got in touch with me she stated that they do not fix the windshield anymore once the car leaves the lot and it was not reported on the day of purchase (and of course the service department did not tell me this while giving me the run around) so by this time i asked to speak to the manger and i get the billing department and for th elife of me can't remember the lady that helped but she was very nice! She got the manager Brian ( whom I have not heard from and take it that I will not hear from) I still have the dent even though all of this happened withing the time frame of me returning the car (10 days) and I still have 30 days but won't get anything back all because I waited in good faith that i would hear back but didn't) so i'm just going to keep it and learned a lesson from it. So my advice to anyone is to please check your vehicle thoroughly before leaving, they will not help after. And of course stillnNo response yet More
