I've have bought many cars from CarMax the last 15+ years. The Service Department is great: Saul and Tijuana! The last two cars about (the last one last month) have been a nightmare with the paperwork! years. The Service Department is great: Saul and Tijuana! Just today I was informed that the refund check sent to me was an error and had to be sent to the credit union. Similar financial challenges happened last year with the car I bought. Last year, the car was never fully paid off- the payoff was off by one month. I was not aware of this so I paid it late. I've bought a total of 5 cars in 15+ years. I do not have faith in this dealership (service dept excluded). I will not buy another car from this CarMax. More
